Profile Description
This role is accountable for creating and improving awareness of BSRM products/services among customers and stakeholders as required and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed public or private university.
MBA will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience
0-5 years of working experience in relevant functional field preferably in Steels and Allied business.
Functional Activities
a) Organize and execute workshops/ awareness session for customers on BSRM products before and after sales as required.
b) Handle all technical queries of the customers on products.
c) Address and handle product related issues and customer grievance as required.
d) Work closely with key account customers/ large scale project stakeholders/Engineers for address and prompt resolving issues pertaining to BSRM products.
e) Assist Product Design and Innovation by communicating customer feedback on new or existing product/service.
f) Conduct Internal technical training for sales team on exiting/new products.
g) Maintain close relations with external stakeholders like eminent academicians from different Engineering Universities.
h) Visit the consultants, Architects and Design Engineers to promote the BSRM products is being used in structural designs.
i) Maintain and update the database of all categories of consultants, developers, construction companies and teachers of Civil and Architectural department of universities.
j) Ensure Engineer Conversion to BSRM products from others competitors.
k) Support in conducting workshops and seminars on BSRM Products/Services.
l) Collect new projects/prospective client’s information from consultants/architect firms.
m) Create and maintain a database of infrastructure projects and monitor the mega projects under Govt. agencies such as RHD, PWD, BBA, NHA, EED, LGED, BR, WASA, PDB, RAJUK etc.
n) Provide technical support to create marketing materials/leaflets etc.
o) Facilitate the plant visit of Consultants, Engineers, Customers or Contractors as required.
Leadership, Talent and Culture Development
a) Direct the process of effective department performance, overseeing performance management, recruitment, training and development of staff to ensure high level of engagement and motivated work environment.
b) Engage and mentor direct reports to prepare them for larger and higher roles with BSRM.
c) Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
d) Manage counselling and grievances of reportees.
e) Manage attendance and leave of reportees.
f) Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees to enable work-life balance.
Coordination
a) Coordinate with Sales and promote the use of BSRM products in constructions.
b) Coordinate with external engineering firms and agencies for information sharing.
