Profile Description

This role is accountable for supporting in achievement of B2C/B2B sales, delivery and collection target of the assigned territory.

Educational Qualification

Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from a reputed public or private university.
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
 

Experience

0-5 years of working experience in related functional field preferably in manufacturing industry.

Functional Activities

a) Ensure the achievement of sales targets.
b) Conduct regular market/customer visit and generate sales lead.
c) Provide support in sales planning and forecasting for the territory.
d) Assist in timely collection of outstanding from the customers.
e) Collect balance confirmation from credit clients.
f) Conduct and prepare project call report as per target and ensure achievement of defined objective.
g) Resolve and escalate issues where necessary pertaining to customer.
h) Build and maintain relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
i) Provide sales data and MIS reports as required on a timely basis.
j) Support internal stakeholders in getting business from large/medium size clients and B2B clients.

Leadership, Talent and Culture Development

a) Direct the process of effective department performance, overseeing performance management, recruitment, training and development of staff to ensure high level of engagement and motivated work environment. 
b) Engage and mentor direct reports to prepare them for larger and higher roles with BSRM.
c) Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.  
d) Manage counselling and grievances of reportees.
e) Manage attendance and leave of reportees.
f) Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees to enable work-life balance.

Coordination

a) Coordinate with marketing team for implementing marketing initiatives and promotional activities in the territory.
