Profile Description

This role is accountable for B2B client development and achievement of sales target within the assigned territory, along with the delivery and outstanding collection.

Educational Qualification

Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from a reputed public or private university.
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
 

Experience

0-5 years of working experience in related functional field preferably in manufacturing industry.

Functional Activities

a) New sales lead generation, acquire new clients and ensure the achievement of sales targets across B2B customers within the respective territory.
b) Conduct regular site and client visit.
c) Build and strengthen relationships with non-key account B2B customers within the respective territory to ensure repeat business.
d) Identify opportunities to drive sales of trading items basis customer needs to offer an end to end solution.
e) Prepare sales proposal to acquire new clients, complying with company sales policy.
f) Demonstrate expertise in products and customer knowledge and leverage product Engineers to strengthen B2B sales proposal.
g) Provide support in sales planning and forecasting for the territory.
h) Ensure B2B accounts are serviced in accordance with the sales policy and strategy of BSRM.
i) Ensure timely collection of outstanding from B2B customers, support and perform timely escalations.
j) Collect Balance confirmation from credit clients.
k) Prepare on time project call reports.
l) Identify opportunities for BSRM to buy scraps from customers and inform the required procurement team.
m) Provide sales data and ensure MIS report as required on a timely basis.
n) Gather data and assist in monitoring market and competitor’s activity within the respective zone.
 

Leadership, Talent and Culture Development

a) Direct the process of effective department performance, overseeing performance management, recruitment, training and development of staff to ensure high level of engagement and motivated work environment. 
b) Engage and mentor direct reports to prepare them for larger and higher roles with BSRM.
c) Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.  
d) Manage counselling and grievances of reportees.
e) Manage attendance and leave of reportees.
f) Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees to enable work-life balance.

Coordination

a) Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for timely delivery of the orders in pipeline.
b) Coordinate with B2C sales to identify and develop B2B clients.
