Profile Description

This role is accountable for developing and managing digital and social media presence of BSRM and its products/services and achieving desired level of customer reach in alignment with strengthening the brand image with boosting the sales.

Educational Qualification

Graduation in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.
MBA in Marketing will be considered as an added advantage.
 

Experience

8 years of working experience in relevant functional field.

Functional Activities

a) Plan and Develop annual strategy for digital and social media presence of BSRM.
b) Monitor the company’s present digital media presence (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) and implement digital marketing initiatives.
c) Maintain BSRM’s Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. accounts and update accordingly.
d) Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
e) Monitor cost efficiency in digital marketing initiatives and ensure budget adherence.
f) Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
g) Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
h) Provide and oversee creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
i) Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
j) Identify competitor’s digital marketing initiatives and align BSRM’s digital marketing initiatives as required.
k) Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
l) Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
m) Keep track of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights.
 

Leadership, Talent and Culture Development

a) Direct the process of effective department performance, overseeing performance management, recruitment, training and development of staff to ensure high level of engagement and motivated work environment. 
b) Engage and mentor direct reports to prepare them for larger and higher roles with BSRM.
c) Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.  
d) Manage counselling and grievances of reportees.
e) Manage attendance and leave of reportees.
f) Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees to enable work-life balance.

Coordination

a) Coordinate with external agencies for digital marketing support as required.
b) Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for timely disbursement of payment to vendors.
