Profile Description
This role is accountable for supporting the implementation of talent management initiatives across the group for all functions and units, establishing an effective performance management system through SAP Success Factors, and monitoring its impact on employees’ career management and development.
Educational Qualification
Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline from any reputed public or private university. PGDHRM/MBA in HRM will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience
0-5 years of working experience in relevant functional field.
Functional Activities
1) Talent Development:
- Align the talent management strategy to the performance monitoring system by incorporating 360 degree feedback, one on one discussion and coordinating with employee and line manager.
- Support in competency mapping exercise to the individual role and assist in competency gap assessment to define development plan with HRBPs and L&D Team.
2) Performance Management Cycle:
- Support to drive a systematic performance management process to foster a high-performance culture & identify high performer in the organization.
- Drive the goal setting process periodically as defined by the process adhering to the timelines; monitor the PMS cycle and ensure timely completion of performance activities.
3) JD & Organizational Structure:
- Create organizational structures and define each position’s reporting based on the job families defined.
- Review and update job descriptions for existing and new positions to assist in appropriate recruitment and ensure the role perform duties in line with the business objective.
4) Automation & Process Improvement:
- Optimize SAP SuccessFactors performance management system through continuous maintenance, data validation, improvement and user-focused enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, innovation and system enhancement to improve the efficiency and user experience in collaboration with IT and relevant partners
5) Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Prepare communication materials, reports and presentations, including visual content using relevant tools such as Canva, to support PMS and career management initiatives.
- Provide support to cross-functional HR initiatives and undertake assignments beyond regular team responsibilities, as required by organizational needs.
Leadership, Talent and Culture Development
- Direct the process of effective department performance, overseeing performance management, recruitment, training and development of staff (if any) to ensure high level of engagement and motivated work environment.
- Engage and mentor direct reports (if any) to prepare them for larger and higher roles with BSRM.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage counselling and grievances of reportees (if any).
- Manage attendance and leave of reportees (if any).
- Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees (if any) to enable work-life balance.
Coordination
- Coordinate with unit HR, HRBPs, Group Learning & Development Team to ensure effective execution of performance and career management processes, and support cross-functional HR initiatives as required
