Profile Description

This role is accountable for implementing HR, IR policies and program for ensuring compliance at unit level.

Educational Qualification

Post-Graduation/ Graduation in any discipline from any reputed public or private university. PGDHRM/MBA in HRM will be considered as an added advantage.

Experience

0-3 years of working experience in relevant functional field. 

Functional Activities

a) Ensure to maintain attendance and leave for all employees at the unit.
b) Ensure to follow standard HR processes like recruitment, training, etc. under guidance & update all related documentation accordingly.
c) Prepare workforce MIS as required for the management & non-management employees at the unit.
d) Ensure to provide inputs for monthly payroll preparation at unit level on time.
e) Respond to standard enquiries and resolves complaints with respect to HR policy and process.
f) Ensure to follow annual performance management process. 
g) Ensure safe and healthy work environment for employees at unit.
h) Ensure to follow final settlement processes for the outgoing employees (including expatriates) in due time.
i) Handle employee grievance to maintain good IR and escalate the issues through the right channels.
j) Ensure to follow WPPF & WWF issues at unit level and ensuring welfare activities for management & non-management employees as per welfare scheme. 
k) Compliance of Bangladesh labor law- 2006 (as amended upto date) in the plant. 
l) Maintain & updates of personal files and service books of employees periodically.
m) Ensure updating of HRIS on regular basis in collaboration with corporate HR. 
n) Implement employee recognition policies at unit level as guided by corporate HR. 
o) Maintain disciplinary procedure for management & non-management employees at unit level as per policy.
p) Compliance to ISO - QMS & EMS requirements as per standard.
q) Ensure safety by using PPE and maintenance of PPE properly at workplace.

Leadership, Talent and Culture Development

a) Direct the process of effective department performance, overseeing performance management, recruitment, training and development of staff to ensure high level of engagement and motivated work environment. 
b) Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.  
c) Manage counselling and grievances.
d) Manage attendance and leave.

Coordination

a) Coordinate with corporate HR to resolve any HR Issues. 
b) Coordinate with unit accounts to ensure timely wage and overtime disbursement.
